O <a href=\"https:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/158762\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PL 3.535\/2023<\/a>, de iniciativa do STM, recebeu relat\u00f3rio favor\u00e1vel e sem emendas do senador Humberto Costa (PT-PE). O texto agora segue para an\u00e1lise no Plen\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto cria 240 cargos de provimento efetivo distribu\u00eddos entre 149 analistas judici\u00e1rios e 91 t\u00e9cnicos judici\u00e1rios. Tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea 97 cargos em comiss\u00e3o e 403 fun\u00e7\u00f5es comissionadas. Segundo Humberto, o quantitativo \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para reposi\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a de trabalho nos quadros da Secretaria do STM e das Auditorias da Justi\u00e7a Militar da Uni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O colegiado tamb\u00e9m aprovou requerimento de urg\u00eancia feito por Humberto.
